Language Setting: Japanese or English

NumberKey offers two languages: English and Japanese.

The language setting for the NumberKey application is programmed to automatically adjust to the language you are using.

- If the language setting on your iPhone/iPod touch is in Japanese, the NumberKey will appear in Japanese.

- If the language setting on your iPhone/iPod touch is in any language other than Japanese, the NumberKey will appear in English.

For our international customers the NumberKey application should automatically appear in English

If, for some reason, the NumberKey application appears in Japanese yet your language setting on your iPhone/iPod touch is not set to Japanese.

To fix the language, please refresh your language setting by following the steps below:

1) Go to your iPhone/ iPod touch’s “Home” screen.

2) Open “Setting” icon on your iPhone/ iPod touch.

3) Under “General,” choose “International” and select “Language”.

4) Select any language other than your default language and press “done”.
Please check that the language on your iPhone/ iPod touch is in the new language.

5) Go back to the “Language” screen and reselect to your native language.
This should reset the language setting on your iPhone/ iPod touch thus, refreshing the NumberKey application.
