“sh” appears when entering data from NumberKey.

The underlying cause is that your NumberKey and NumberKey Connect are not the correct versions.

First, please verify the NumberKey version you are currently using by viewing the start up screen on your NumberKey on your iPhone/ iPod touch.

After, verifying the NumberKey version, please verify the following:

The NumberKey on your iPhone/ iPod touch is version 1.1

You must install NumberKey Connect ver.1.1 on your current Mac computer.

The NumberKey on your iPhone/ iPod touch is version 2.0 or higher

For Mac users, you must install and run the NumberKey Connect ver.2.0 or rater for Mac on your computer.

For Windows PC users, you must install and run the NumberKey Connect ver.2.0 for Windows on your computer.
