X-Base is designed for high-end notebook computers and its users. Supported by both front and back legs, the 8mm thick aluminum floating plate with its large heat sinc panel attached allows air to cool naturally and without the need of a motor fan.

What's more, its stylishness and high quality is created from solid aluminum and stainless steel through a process called machining.

Test results prove that the X-Base cools the underside of computers any where from 4°C to 10°C with an average cooling effect of about 7°C. This is possible due to the 8° angle of the plate which elevates off the desk's surface, preventing warm air to settle in one secluded area. Additionally, a heat sinc plate with fins faced vertically is attached on the backside of the base assisting the direction of warm heat to pass, which in the end, enhances the cooling effect.

By loosening the stainless bolt at the rear sides you can adjust the angle of the base to your liking from 2 to 8 degrees.

The front legs have a non-slip rubber attached to prevent X-Base from sliding while the back legs have a plastic piece attached for easy gliding. To move the base, simply hold the middle slightly lifting it away from you.

*Depending on the computer model, connecters may interfere with X-Base's adjustable angles, forbidding angles to be adjusted.
