As if a single piece of wing, the work table, Aero, is made from laser-cutting one plate of steel.
Merely 3 credit cards thick, the 3.5mm steel desk measures a quite hefty 1500mm x 900mm in size.

Using a single long sheet of steel measuring over 3000mm with a thickness of only 3.5mm, Aero is laser cut at a precision of 1/10th of a millimeter. Since Aero utilizes no screws or legs whatsoever, precision is vital to ensure accuracy when mounting the two ribs for reinforcement.

The secret to Aero's high durability lies within its finish. Since a work desk is used on a daily basis, in addition to the powder coat is a layer of glass coat for even higher durability. With a 0.5mm thin micron glass layer with a durability of 9H (same measurement as pencils) it prevents most everyday abrasion.
