Product Support and Repair
We know that at BALMUDA design, a lasting product means a lot to you, and to us too. In order to ensure our product’s continuous durability we offer repair services. Under the warranty period and guidelines we offer you repair services free of charge. In the case that repair is not possible, a replacement of equal value will be made. With a fee, we also handle repairs as well as exchanges even after a product's warrantee period has ended. Please contact our BALMUDA Support Team for more information.
Quality Assurance
At BALMUDA design, each and every product is made to meet the highest quality standards. Even with all our efforts, however, there may be a possibility of an unexpected defect in material or workmanship. If for any reason, you notice a defect, please contact your shop dealer or BALMUDA Support Team for assistance. At BALMUDA design, we provide full customer support including repairs and exchanges. For some products, we offer special extended warranty as well. Please see the warrantee form attached to your BALMUDA product for specific warranty details.
