For inquiries regarding product repair, handling methods, or care, please contact the BALMUDA Support Center (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.balmuda.com\/jp\/support\/\">https:\/\/www.balmuda.com\/jp\/support\/<\/a>). \u2028<br>1) The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.\u2028<br>2) Repair and replacement work will be handled by our company. \u2028<br>3) Replacement parts required to maintain the performance of this product will be kept for five years after production ends. Replacement parts required to maintain performance are parts necessary to maintain the functionality of this product. \u2028<br>4) The warranty and after-sales services for this product are provided only for products sold in Japan and are available exclusively through service channels within Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to request a free repair, please contact the BALMUDA Support Center (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.balmuda.com\/jp\/support\/\">https:\/\/www.balmuda.com\/jp\/support\/<\/a>). Please have your proof of purchase ready at that time. Handling of personal information provided when consulting us about repairs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) BALMUDA Inc. will use your personal information to respond to you, for repairs, and to confirm repairs, and may keep a record of the details of your inquiry for these purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) We will not provide personal information to any third party other than our company, except in the following cases.<br>(A) When outsourcing repairs, repair confirmation services, or shipping and delivery.<br>(B) When required under laws and regulations.<br>For BALMUDA\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balmuda.com\/jp\/legal\/privacy\">https:\/\/www.balmuda.com\/jp\/legal\/privacy<\/a>, please see here. This warranty stipulates that if a malfunction occurs during the warranty period under normal use in accordance with the product guide, the main unit label, and other precautions, we promise to provide a free repair in accordance with what is described herein. Accordingly, this warranty does not limit any of your legal rights against the issuer of this warranty (the party responsible for the warranty) or any other business operator. For details on repairs and warranty coverage, please see the repair terms (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.balmuda.com\/jp\/legal\/repair\">https:\/\/www.balmuda.com\/jp\/legal\/repair<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Even within the warranty period, if any of the following applies, it will be excluded from warranty coverage, and we assume no responsibility whatsoever.<br>(A) Malfunctions or damage caused by use not in accordance with the product guide, the main unit label, or other precautions.<br>(B) Malfunctions or damage due to misuse, or due to modification or improper repair.<br>(C) Malfunctions or damage due to relocation of the installation site after purchase, dropping, moving house, transportation, etc.<br>(D) Malfunctions or damage due to fire, earthquake, wind or flood damage, lightning, other natural disasters, salt damage, pollution, gas damage (such as sulfide gas), or use with an unspecified power supply (voltage, frequency).<br>(E) Malfunctions or damage caused by the intrusion of insects or small animals.<br>(F) Malfunctions or damage when installed in a vehicle or vessel, or when used or stored in places with extremely high or low temperatures, high humidity, heavy dust, etc.<br>(G) Malfunctions or damage when used in settings other than ordinary households (for example, for commercial use).<br>(H) If there is no proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, etc.) to verify the purchase of this product.<br>(I) In the case of accessories or consumable parts (however, this does not apply if damage occurred due to defects in materials or manufacturing).<br>(J) In the case of defects due to natural wear and tear, such as fading of the exterior over time, exterior issues under normal use, superficial damage, or defects due to natural consumption (including scuff marks and dents).<br>(K) If a false report is made regarding the cause of the malfunction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Even within the warranty period, shipping costs incurred when you send the product to our service desk, as well as travel fees for on-site repair, will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Depending on the nature of the malfunction and other circumstances, we may replace the product instead of repairing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) We may use refurbished parts or substitute parts for repairs. In addition, parts replaced during repairs will be properly processed and disposed of by our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) We do not compensate for any damage resulting from being unable to use the purchased product due to a malfunction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) If the product is transferred, please include the accessories that came with the product at the time of purchase as well as the Quick Start Guide.
