Relax Time

This feature creates a calming space with soothing sounds and lights.

Play/Stop Relax Time

While the clock is displayed, press and hold the moon button to play Relax Time. Press and hold the moon button again to stop. If an alarm is set, it will automatically stop before the alarm starts.

Switch Relax Time Display

While Relax Time is playing, press the crown once to toggle the time display.

Volume Control

While Relax Time is playing, turn the crown clockwise to increase volume, counterclockwise to decrease.

Sound Selection on Device

While Relax Time is playing, double press the crown to enter sound settings. Choose from 6 sounds by turning the crown to preview. Press the crown once to select and return to Relax Time.

Sound Selection via App

Tap the Relax Time sound button on the main screen to open the sound selection screen.

Select sounds and preview them within the app.
